Wind Crest Culinary Series™ hoods have been designed to maximize your cooking and styling needs.  At the core of the hood’s performance is the ventilator system.

With today’s high output cooktops and ranges, you need higher extraction power (i.e. CMF's) to ensure that the smoke, grease and cooking fumes are properly extracted and directed out of your kitchen.

Wind Crest ventilators will meet the demands of today’s cooking appliances, with ventilators rated from 640 to 1500 CFM.  Having the option to install our blowers internally in the hood, in-line or remotely on an exterior roof or wall, provides you with flexibility based on your installation requirements or personal preferences. All of our motors are made of weather-resistant material that will endure both indoor and outdoor environments.  Our remote blowers can also be painted to match your exterior.
